after i have set a payout method it says pending. whatshould i do???

hello, I'm super new, still setting up my account....

I have chosen the payout method "Bank Transfer EUR" but for some reason, I am not able to enter bank information, it looks like the page is not working properly...it doesn't allow me to type in info fro some reason.

Is there some issue with this type of paying method, or is something wrong with the page....

thank you in advance for any help, or should I ask for help somewhere else
