poor experience with host DWAYNE in Lynchburg VA

There are travel advisories for this weekend across the country due to scheduled protests.  Due to this we have chosen to rescedule our trip to another weekend.  Dwayne intitially agreed via in app messages but later changed his mind and refused to reschedule.  It is now past the cancellation date and I now need to pay a cancellation fee because he "changed his mind" and is not honorinng his word to reschedule.  Sad that he is not honoring his word.
