problems with the booking

I have put up another advertisement for letting on the other side of the house, but other people can't see it even though it is listed as active.
How can that be?

It was also strange that I had to add the IBAN number, even though it is the same card I had to use for payments.
Should I contact someone else about it?

I have some customers waiting to book their stay
