"Confirm" a request: we don't have the total count of guests yet.

Hi~

We have an interested party and are fine with the booking dates, etc. We responded affirmatively but didn't "confirm" as they haven't given a final head count. Should we confirm the reservation and then ask them to re-reserve or should we wait until we have solidified the number of guests ?

After it's confirmed, can the count be changed ?

Yes the guest count can be changed, I say book it. What’s your base rate for how many guests and your max number of guests/ price per guest over base rate?

Base rate for two guests is $144 per night.

Max number of guests: 6

$25 each guest per night after 2 guests
