registering guests details on Upmarket for rental property in Spain

hi I am hearing in Spain that this is a hot topic again, need to register my guests on a portal, Upmarket I think it is called, Passport number, Nationality etc, have also been told that it is not the time to lose your tourist license as they are not being given out so easily now so best not to risk losing what you have, anyone else hearing the same concerns, has experience with the portal ?know how to register these details ? replies from hosts in Spain please
