tired of AIRBNB neighbors that break the law

tired of AIRBNB neighbors that break the law making homes into tow family homes... if my neighbors would be forced ot keep as a single family then their rent would be higher and less of a competitor to me.   Any suggestions?

If a host can stay downstairs in their single family home while having guests, they make their home into a two family home.  If they follow the law, they could only have one family in the home and they could not live there in their own sep apt.  If they are forced to have a single family home and only one group renting then they would possibly decide to rent the home with more bedrooms and be more expensive becuase it can sleep more people.
