I had the worst experience of my abnb life in the last 15 years. A couple made a reservation. They parked the car and came into my house without any luggage. So i asked them where are your bags. They said oh they just wanted to see the place first. And then in ten min, they send a message to ABNB, that the place is musty, dirty and dusty. And they want a refund. Basically they think they can get away with it. That if they dont like a place, they can get their money back.
I am in a fishing village, and my place is very basic. *
Disgusted and so angry. Is there any place that i can show the video of my apartment on this platform. I immediately ran down and took a video to show the ABNB staff, so that they can show me, where is the dust and the mould.
When this girl came in she had no weezing and no coughing, nothing. its just that my place was not as they expected. This is the second time,. an indian customer has used this reason to get their money back. I have a 4.6 review of my place. But ABNB has not shown any mercy to the other fabulous reviews I get from hosting so many foreigners in my place. They immediately slashed my superhost.
Can anyone throw some light on this. I have heard similar stories from so many of my abnb host friends and they have now moved away from abnb and selling it on other platforms where the hosts are no punished in any ways.
