Hi everybody! I'm new to AirB&B and I have a question regarding the special offer; to make it simple I'll try to explain it in numbers:

a potential guest made an inquiry for 2 nights, and if i want to make a special offer so I gain for example 400 euro, should i send it as 400 plus the 3% and that's it??
