I began full-time airbnb in 4/2025. Got Superhost this month. Yay! Of course, that's with the help of my co-host/ property manager. This month is all of a sudden slow. Wondering if it's a seasonal thing or can I do something better? Was considering adding vrbo to get more eyeballs but prefer not to. Any ideas? Thank you!
I was thinking of adding a hot tub down the road, but not sure if that would change the current demographics of the guests I'm attracting.
Also, how do you deal with people asking to have parties? I've turned them all down. My listing says "no events". I've had at least 4 inquiries for birthday parties, wedding receptions, etc., with more party guests than lodging guests. For example, 1 guest paying to stay and 10+ party guests. Looking for good, polite verbage. Thanks!
