AirBnB Support For Renovations

Good morning all,

I've been looking to start hosting for a bit and I currently have a sizeable home with an extension that needs some work (foundation needs to be lifted up, bathroom/shower and kitchenette installed,) and of course my original plan was just pay for the work step by step and rent it when I finished it, but in the meanwhile the extension is being unused. I was wondering if AirBnB has a process to supply loans or write contracts for renovations in which guest payments would used to pay off the work, or does anyone know if AirBnB has plans for a program like this in the future?

No you should just apply for a mortgage or home improvement loan @Stanley225
