Airbnb not charging the correct amount to our guests

Has anybody had the experience of Airbnb charging guests less than the nightly rate? The rate for one of our rooms is $65/night + $5 per extra guest per night. Airbnb hasn't been charging the extra $5, and the help line person told me my rate is set to $63.50 per night? Where did they get that from? I haven't changed my rate, and they claim they don't have the ability to. They owe me back payments for improperly charging my guest for the past several weeks. Waiting to see whether they come through. I've also had the experience of my settings being changed--or not implemented. For example, sometimes it shows I'm offering discounts for certain bookings. Just one example. Is this a scam or is their system truly messed up? Would like to hear from others who've had similar issues and how they were resolved.

You are responsible for the correct pricing of your listing..

Airbnb does not change your prices or add discounts.

(Although incidentally an error can occur, as can happen with every complex system)

In most cases the 'fault' occurs because the host did not use the right settings.

Every  host can check if (price) settings meet expectations by:

- using the price calculator in the listing calender

- use the calculator in the listing

- simulate bookings on the listing.

Added:

Your listings shows a price of $65,- a night for 1 guest.

For 2 guests price is $70,-a night

The cleaning fee is  $25,-

I did not see any discounts.

The maximum stay is 1 week
