I have a 2 bedroom / 1 bath home that I plan to place as an Airbnb for the first time in TN. How many sets of towels and bed sheets should I have available for the guest. Should I provide a grill? My grill sits under a porch and I’m afraid of ruining my ceiling or fires. Do I need to have a grill available?
Hello Lisa, I have been a Superhost for a multitude of years. Tennessee should be a great spot for an Airbnb! We always use 1.5 Towels per guest as a rule of thumb. We leave an extra set of sheets, and an extra blanket for each bed. People love having a grill but I would make sure your patio is set up for that. IF it is under a porch I would suggest moving it or not having it due to the risk that could be involved. Hope this helps!
I agree with Josh and Nicole. I am a Superhost for the past year and we have 2 towels per guest and an extra set of sheet and blanket per bed. Agree with the grill, we have a grill but made sure to have it next to the porch and not under it for safety purposes.
we have a grill for guests, but they rarely use it. if fire hazard is a concern, then I would probably avoid it to start until you get it in a better spot.
we usually do two towels per room, unless there is an exception.
for linens and things like that, we don't have extra for the guests. We do however keep some in storage for the maid to quickly change the room around.
