App/ other alternative for post guest checkout used by handyman

I am looking for suggestion on using app or any other alternative on checking house situation/broken items/ some other checks post guest checkout. any thoughts?

no many issues, but I want to see what is suggested way of communication with your handyman or whoever checks the house after guests left as a record for anything broken or whatever
