Basement Rooms with door & lock (but no egress window)

Hello. Would I be able to list my two bedrooms downstairs in my basement as two "true" bedrooms even though the only thing they're missing is either a closet or an egress window? I understand when I sell this house, I can't list them as bedrooms, however will AirBnB allow me to list them as bedrooms, especially since they have locks on their doors for privacy. Also, the basement has a walkout to the outside so it's not truly contained down in the basement level. Thoughts?

@Tom4003 Airbnb won't know BUT the requirement is that the listing is safe. If your bedrooms are not bedrooms according to the building safety codes you shouldn't list them.
