Best approach to listing the same space sometimes as shared and sometimes as whole space?

Hello!

I already have a listing for my personal residence on AirBnB for festival weekends in my area. I have it listed as the entire space being available (with plans to go stay elsewhere during the event weekend).

How do I also, most effectively, list the same space as available but shared for other periods of the year? When I'd welcome, for example, a healthcare worker who needs to be in the area for a week and primarily occupying a single bedroom in my home while I'm still here?
