Can I add optional annex to existing listing?

I have a well established property and  have just completed a detached annex on the same grounds. I want to add the annex as an optional extra when booking the main house but not as a standalone listing. What is the best way to do this?

@Andy-and-Janine0  You will need 2 listings, one which includes the annex.

Then you have to link the calendars, so if someone books one option, the other becomes unavailable.
