Hi there fellow hosts,

Me and my husband are recent empty nesters and we are thinking of using one room which can potentially have separate entrance for renting purpose. It will be one room with small kitchenette and attached bathroom. Access to garden with common patio and potentially hot tub.

What kind of space can we categorise this as? room or entire place?

Since it really is self contained actually it ix en suite if potentially you or the Guest could access each other's space.  No locked door.

If there is a door that separates the areas and can be secured then like a studio.
