Change bedding for one month stay

Hi I have a months stay coming up, should I provide clean bedding after 1 week or two?

If you do the cleaning yourself, definitely each week and do the other cleaning in the room at the same time.

Arrange with your Guest what date / day and time you will be doing this and suggest they pop away any personal items they may like to tuck away before you undertake the cleaning.

Most Guests appreciate clean linen and a clean room and after a week dust and grime does start to settle in, those with Asthma for example can have problems flare up with dust.

Open communication is the best way to go with your Guest in advance.

@Silvia1788 we always offer this to the guest with an option for them to change the linen or for us to do it with/without them being there. We prefer the latter options as it allows us to check the place over at the same time. We don't charge but it depends on how big a discount your guests were given for a months stay. If you don't change the bedding they may wash it or just use it for a month either of which could trash the bedding.

What do you say about this in your listing. I cost in for weekly turnovers . @Silvia1788

yes, in your interest, you should. With a month's stay, I would do that twice.
If the guests have negotiated a monthly discount, I charge them for the linen change.
