I'm trying to change my email address, without success. I've been to my personal account and typed in the new address I want to use (in edit), but it comes up saying that address is already used. It is a different address to the one that is there, so how do I change to this different one?

1. It is possible you already have an account with that second email you are attempting to change. Maybe you can try logging in with that second email and remembering its password.
2. You can always try a third email.
3. You can open the help center and see if there is a current account using your second email.
