Guest informed after leaving the space that they broke a glass and left the broken glass and usd$10 on the counter. The glass cost more than what they left. What do you suggest I do?
@Rushell2 Congratulate them for their honesty and thank them for the money. Small breakages are inevitable and are just a cost of doing business. We would never claim a broken glass/cup from a guest so just be happy you are $10 up on the situation.
On a separate point you do seem to have very expensive glasses.....
