Tips for Guests on Checking In on Their Own

Can you recommend ways to improve the self-check-in process for guests at my apartment? Right now, either my assistant gives them the keys, or the guests pick them up from the concierge themselves.🙄

Keys🗝️ are a very important for the  guest check in.Personally as a guest with a private room listing I am always here to welcome the guest and hand over the keys. For those others who aren't physically available I think the lock box system is the next best option!!

Lock boxes are great, you can pick them up from £20 upwards I’d advise to get a manual one rather than an electric one but equally the electric ones u can change the code more often if your not physically available. I had a task rabbit put mine up but iv heard its an easy task
