Cleaning and Linen Average Charges

Hi, I was just curious what peoples average cleaning and linen costs are per a listing (my property is a 3 bedroom house suitable for up to 5 guests). I'm averaging around £92 per a listing. £50 for cleaning and around £42 for linen charges. Just curious on how people keep costs down?

@Shaun656 The only way to keep costs down is to do the work yourself. Between Airbnb fees, Cleaning fees and linen fees you will have eaten up a significant portion of the rental price.

For us we:

Washed towels ourselves as our linen service priced per Kg so we only used them for sheets duvet covers etc.

Cleaned the listing(s) ourselves - Generally we could wash and dry the towels in the listing during cleaning so used electricity that was then an expense in our tax returns.

Had a minimum stay of 3 nights and a cleaning fee that equalled the linen service. That way longer stay guests benefited from lower per night costs.
