Will start the greenfield project most probably within 6 months. 

Need a guidance in type of construction need to done.

Airbnb can't advise you on this it's a marketing platform for short term rentals @Vishal-Vikram0 

You would need to speak to an architect/builder to get plans drawn up .

also talk to your local government to see if they have building regulations you need to comply with . 

also check to see if there are STR regulations with your local government.

I’ve been there—great place! But yeah, you really have to stay on top of things. Surveillance is key, and investing time, energy, and of course, money (lol) is a must to keep it running smoothly.
But developing something for Airbnb in Varanasi sounds like a solid plan—hope it works out for you!
