Critique my listings in Istanbul

I have been doing this business for 2 years. I have about 30 different properties. I request you to evaluate these two houses in the metropolis of Istanbul. The opinions of people who do this business like you are very important. I am a student and I need to do these things much better to support myself . Thank you

@Tuğkan-Berke0 You are a superhost with 28 listings. You should know by now what does and doesn't work. You also claim (in another post) to know how the Airbnb search algorithm works so you really don't need our help.

Maybe I wrote it because I could find more professional people who run more houses than I do. As you know, there are people who run hundreds of houses professionally.
