Disclosure

We are renting out two apartments. Our main apartment had a break from renters for a year and a half due to renovations because of leaks. Before the leaks, the tenants that lived there absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave but had to. 
Now that everything is fixed and ready for new tenants, am I to disclose the leaks? What happens if I don’t?
We’ve had major rain after the renovations and no longer leaks.

@Laila251 I see no reason to disclose something like this as long as you have properly fixed it.
