@Paula the trouble I have is waiting for guests to send the names and age of the children so that I can plan what pictures to copy or toy or name on the boat. Along with what toys and books  to put out that I think might be suitable for their age.

Usually I leave it for the last minute preparation. I wish I could be s super person and be more prepared.

Yes, it does take extra time waiting for reply if they need the porta cot and highchair, With this I put out a nappy bin and baby wipes and mattress padded protectors for cot and bed if sleeping in even though I have a waterproof mattress protector for children.

From my nursing experience children often get tired and over excited or confused at night when sleeping in a different bed or room and often have accidents. I also leave a night light for thr bathroon and bedroom for parents to use at their discretion.
