Hi everyone,

Artwork can truly transform the personality of a space. Whether it’s natural landscapes 🏞, cityscapes 🏙, pieces by famous artists 👩‍🎨, or even your own creations 🌟, they all add a unique touch 🎨.

A few months ago, our Host @Robin4 started a fantastic thread called 👉Show us your projects and artworks! This inspired me to kick off this discussion. Do you use artwork in your listing? If so, what kind?

Hi @Marina481, what a great idea 😁! Thanks a million for sharing it here in the community—I’m sure it will inspire many Hosts.

I just checked out the link you shared, and I like all the paintings. I love animals, and this one especially caught my eye. Foxes are such special animals.

I have 12 original pieces of art, including some that I have made.  I am an artist and an interior designer, specializing in short term rentals.  This summer I will be painting a large mural outside.  Painted mural in a former linen closet turned into a workstation.

Hey @Alex,

Hope you are keeping warm in Toronto.  I lived there for 4 winters. 🙃

I work in several different mediums.  I learned how to do block printing so I could make welcome cards for every guest.  My personal listing is in Sedona, AZ, so I lean towards a few interesting cactus pieces.  I try not to over do it, but I did just add a custom 7ft pink dinosaur to my backyard. 😍 Her name is Priscilla and I am working on putting together a name plate necklace for her that will survive out in the elements.  As for the rest of my property, I also did an encaustic piece for the kitchen.  When I do interior design for short term rental clients, I try to create one piece that is unique for their listing and ties in with their location.  

Block printed Welcome Card. We add a handwritten note on the back for each guest.
