Editing Check-in Instructions missing from website (App only)

Hello,

 

When you edit the check-in instructions on the website, there is just a single blank text field.  But on the app you get this walk-though guide with photos. I don't see any way to edit that on the website, only the app. Perhaps I'm missing something, or is this an app only feature?

Yes, the check-in guide is only an app feature.

Are guests sent a link to the ‘app’ check in info? I wanted to link to it in my scheduled messages as it contains pictures but the scheduled messages only link to website info which is more basic and doesn’t allow pictures, as OP describes above.
