I have a place to list but don't have money to furnish, decorate or make it look nice. Advice please

In the UK we use charity shops, furniture auctions, secondhand furniture shops and FB marketplace for cheap furniture. @Tildah1 

you can paint areas yourself to save money.

look at five star comparable listings in your area to get an idea of the sort of standards guest expect.
