Specifically regarding decluttering/de-personalizing.

I'm considering Airbnb-ing my home for part of the year, living in it part of the year.

Would like to have a conversation about how much you de-clutter/de-personalize, etc. and other topics as well.

Just remove everything that's of sentimental value or expensive. @Robin1288 

remove personal photos and political/religious/sexual images/books/artwork

Lock away clothes/drinks/food. 

Clear fridges and freezers . 

make sure there's enough room for guest clothes /belongings/food etc
