I have new casita Two beds one bath big leaving room with kitchen fully furnished with private pool and great Mountain View - I have Airbnb app but no luck booking - can advice me - what to do ! Thanks in advance

You have such a lovely casitas it already has great potential to stand out. I’d suggest using this photo as your cover image, as it’s the first thing guests see and it really helps grab attention. 

 

Also, keep in mind that your first 5 photos are the most important. Make sure they clearly showcase the best features of your space think inviting, well-lit, and story-driven images that help guests imagine their stay.

It would also help to add detailed descriptions to your photos. Guests appreciate context, and it makes your listing feel more thoughtful and complete.

Take advantage of the Photo Tour feature as well. Organize your space properly and clearly indicate where guests will sleep this is something many guests specifically look for when deciding to book.

Lastly, consider turning on the 20% new listing promotion. It’s a great way to boost visibility in the beginning and helps you secure your first few bookings and reviews faster, which is key to building momentum.

The big difference I see amonst the competion in your area is the pricing when I put 4 Guests, compared to other listings with similar pluses were significantlt lower.     You need to Review the pricing because your listing doesn't explain the big jump in price if additional Guests.
