Hello ladies and gentlemen. I'm having trouble setting the price per person. In fact, the price remains the same for 1, 2, or 3 people. Thank you in advance for directing me.

@Adriela1 my location can sleep 4 and priced for 4. If 2 people stay they pay the same price unless I offered them a reduction.

Hi @Adriela2

In the Calendar's Pricing tab, scroll all the way down to Additional charges to add an Extra guest fee.

Hi @Adriela2

On the app go to Hosting dashboard → Listings → Choose your listing → Pricing → Fees

Here you can add:

  • Cleaning fee (standard one-time fee per stay)
  • Extra guest fee (charge after a certain number of guests)
  • Pet fee (if you allow pets)

Best Practices for Extra Fees

  • Disclose fees clearly in your listing description under “Other things to note” or “Guest access.”
  • Always discuss non-standard fees in messages before guests book to avoid disputes.
  • Bundle small charges into your nightly rate when possible—many guests prefer upfront pricing.

@Patricia2526just check the answer, I think it's outdated 🙂

There's no Pricing option in the Listings tab and no Fees heading, it seems to be pulled from quite an old version of the app description.

On the app it would be the Calendar tab, then the Pricing tab, scroll all the way down to Additional charges (very similar on desktop, except Pricing is called Price settings).

While additional charges may need disclosure in the listing and messages, an extra-guest fee is just the straightforward nightly rate calculated according to the number of guests. It's therefore also automatically "bundled" - there's no add-on charge. I'd say an extra-guest fee needs no disclosure, the system just calculates the price according to the number of guests selected,

Hi @ Shelley, yes you are correct it should be Calendar then tap Gear Icon (using app) under pricing, extra fees.
