Hey guys, my name is Jason. I'm seriously entertaining the idea of setting my house of for Airbnb. It is a unique 2 bed/2 bath home located in Massanutten Four Seasons Resort. Pretty much anything you can think of is available on the mountain. However, I'm new and I would very much like some advice, tips, and tricks to help out with my decision. Any feedback would be appreciated!

Hi @Jason3026, welcome to the community! Transitioning a unique home into a listing is an exciting move. Since you're in a resort area, your biggest advantage is the "destination" feel, but the key to success is in the fine-tuning.
In my experience, the best way to start is to lean into a "learning spirit." Don't feel pressured to have every policy perfect on day one. To build early momentum:
Boost Visibility: Consider forgoing a minimum-night stay initially. This helps you climb the search rankings and secure those vital first reviews quickly
Study the Data: Keep an eye on your "First Page Search Impressions" in the Performance tab to see how travelers are finding you.
Hosting is a constant evolution, so stay flexible and let your guests’ feedback guide your growth!
With so much to do on the mountain, have you thought about which specific resort "vibe" your house complements best?
