How do you handle same-day turnovers?

I'm curious to hear how other hosts and property managers handle same-day turnovers.

Do you have a dedicated cleaning team, use a cleaning company, or work with independent cleaners?

We've noticed that same-day turnovers can be one of the biggest challenges, especially during busy seasons, and I'm always interested in learning how others keep everything running smoothly.

@Home1489 We had 3 properties and cleaned them ourselves. On the odd occasion we had to do all 3 on the same day (once by memory)  it just encouraged efficiency. So we stripped ALL the beds, cleaned ALL the bathrooms, cleaned ALL the kitchens, made ALL the beds. Sure it was hard but doable if you just got focussed.

Thanks for sharing your experience! That's impressive. Cleaning three properties in the same day definitely requires a great system and a lot of organization. Did you have a checklist or a routine that helped you stay consistent across all the properties?
