How to add a futon as sleeping arrangement?

Hi Forum, 

I just added my listing to Airbnb today. I have a 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a couch, and a futon bed that is currently in a loft space that is also being used as an office. I cannot figure out how to list this space without giving the wrong information. Thr photos clearly show that the space has multiple use. There is no door to this loft. What should I do?

@Helen2495 I can't answer your question but will ask one in return. Why are you trying to cram so many guests into your property? Might you be better limiting occupancy to 6 and giving people a better experience whilst avoiding the party crowd and minimising wear and tear?

Hi Mike,

I can see where you would see the concern. Our space is actually almost 2400 sqft, 2 levels. The floorplan can accommodate 4 bedrooms but I opted for an office when I bought it in lieu of the 4th bedroom.
