How to add my guesthouse in Airbnb?

I'm trying to add my guesthouse to Airbnb, but im not sure how to do it. It is a building connected to my own house with its own entrance.

It is five separate rooms and a shared kitchen, toilet and shower.

Can anybody please explain step by step how to add the rooms and have different prices for them?

I have tried to add a drawing of the building, but it seems like links to my website is not allowed here.

@Lasse33 you will need 5 separate listings for the property. If you want to attach a floorpan then just take a picture of it and load it up that way.
