It is retrieved from the co-host's profile, so you need to ask the co-host to change the photo.

added: choose "profile" from account, choose "update photo" (just below current photo)

My new co-host does not have a profile. She has taken the position offered to her but I deal with the website information. When we first came to Airbnb I remember setting up my original co-host photo and write-up. I know my co-host didn't create her own profile as she did not have much experience with computers at all.

I wish to remove my existing co-hot (as she passed away during the pandemic) and introduce a new co-host with a new picture. I need to know how to do this.
