Introduce Myself

Hello everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Mario Guillen. I am from Houston tx, joined the air bnb community about 2 months ago. My wife and i bought a house in El Salvador and are ready for the experience of renting it daily. Any advice for a newby. Thanks in Advance for replies !!

Congratulations!  Beautiful property.

Review Guest count of 8 because in your photos beds and dining seem to max at 6 to be comfortable.  My theory is if a Guest will give me their hard earned money to be uncomfortable not sure my thing will be respected as important.

Review your amenities.  Include everything you offer since Airbnb Search Filters are a lot of those.

Turn on the Airbnb New Listing Discount it really helps

Thank You for your response, we have 4 beds in the home that can fit 2 people in one. That is why we put 8 . Thank you for advice it’s appreaciated

Oh I am sorry the two beds in one bedroom looked like twin beds.  Maybe in your photo caption put the correct size so potential Guests don't count 6 like me.
