Is my house suitable for Airbnb?
I have a 3 bed terrace on a very small estate, with parking and 5 mins drive from the beach and the local Hospital where there are lots of workers would it be suitable as Airbnb? Or is it too plain a house to do this ?

You would have to do market research around supply and demand for your sort of listing in your location.
presumed you've already done a search on Airbnb to see what sort of listings are available in your area.
You could also ask on your local host group on FB @Andrea8317

Hi @Andrea8317
As long as you're very clear about what to expect (in photos and description), no home is too "plain" to list on Airbnb. As @Helen3 said, the only question is what price you can charge in your market, and whether that will be sufficient for you. Unless there are strict regulations in your area or plenty of money that you need to spend first, you may as well just try it and see!

Hi @Andrea8317,
Your 3-bedroom terrace could be an ideal Airbnb, especially with its great location near the beach and a nearby hospital, which makes it attractive for both vacationers and professionals. Highlighting its proximity to these spots will appeal to a variety of guests. You might consider adding cozy, welcoming touches that make the space feel like a comfortable retreat—think neutral tones and a few coastal-inspired accents to tie in the beachy appeal. Simple amenities, such as reliable Wi-Fi, quality bedding, and even a small coffee station, could enhance the guest experience.
With this setup, your property can cater to both short-term beachgoers and longer-stay professionals working at the hospital. Adding options like discounts for extended stays might make it even more attractive for workers on assignment. Even without elaborate decor, the location and thoughtful essentials can make this a popular Airbnb spot.
I hope this helps.
All the best,
Upfish Management
