Hi fellow hosts. I am wondering if I should be listing my property as a Farm stay, unique house, or just a cottage. I have been hosting for about a year as just a House. But our place is on a small family farm and I often take guests to feed and meet the animals. It is also a hand made and very unique rammed earth house. So I feel like I could list it in a variety of ways but want to make sure I’m selecting the best one for our audience. Most of our guests have been families looking for a quiet weekend in the woods.
Thanks for your advice.

@Terra118 The advantage to choosing one of the "unique stays" filters such as Farm Stay is that your listing might appear in a small number of searches that aren't location-specific. That can drive more clicks when your location is outside of a frequently searched market. But I'm not sure to what extent your listing is a match for guests who are deliberately seeking out a farm stay. It does seem like the forest experience is the biggest draw for your target guests, and there is a risk that too much emphasis on the farm proximity will make the cottage come across as less private and quiet than what those guests are looking for.
Thanks for your input.
