Congratulations!  It appears you are doing excellent.  I see the little slump for May and your very smart to address before it becomes big.  Instead of a generic sale price, maybe put your [rice back and then set an Airbnb Custom Discount,  Offer a 20% discount and Airbnb markets the discount.  You can pick 2 or 3 May dates and no limit what a Guest can book just if in addition to sale days or different days regular pricing is applied.
