Check the amenities I think maybe No Hot Water and No Essentials a mistake.

I suggest you create some Guidebooks your property is unique but you provably will have a strong market for what you offer.

Look also at Airbnb Experiences to list some of the additive pleasures that can be booked.

Someone seeking a mediative site might search on the internet.  Search Engines will show Airbnb Listings because they read the Airbnb Website often.  Sprinkle "Keywords" in the listing, in photo captions and in Guidebooks and 

All computers look at modified date of your ad, nobody wants old stuff.  Update your ads regularly even minor changes will change date.

Turn on Airbnb Professional Tools free.  Then you can see charts for Insights on your ads.  Are people clicking?  Are people Saving on Wishlist.
