Hi, thankfully our cabin is doing really well, but, because I am not familiar with the area, I will be planning on blocking availability for the winter months and winterizing the cabin.   The cabin is located in Montebello, Nelson County. Are the winter months popular in this area?

Hi @Margaret1338 , as Fred mentioned, it might be a good idea to see what other rentals in the area are doing during these months. A way to connect with local Hosts is by joining the nearest Host Club in your area. Here is the link where you can do so.
