Offering additional space to guests

We currently have 2 listings on AirBnB which are located on the same property. Our main cabin which is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, laundry, living room and sleeps 5 people and a detached garage apartment which is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette (no stove), living room and sleeps 4 people. We blocked off the garage apartment during the height of Covid to comply with state regulations. Our cabin guests were pleased that they were the only party on the property and we only made the garage apartment available to cabin guests for additional charges. This was successful and greatly appreciated about 50% of the time.

We now are exploring listing the garage apartment as optional additional space to cabin guests. We would like to be searchable as 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths and sleeps 9 total. The additional 2 bedrooms & 1 bath would be an additional charge and cleaning fee. We would like to keep the cabin inline with market prices for a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom and offer the additional 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom for additional charges to family or friends.

Our question is; is there a way to add this additional space for additional charges that would not be confusing to the traveler? We understand that they do not always read the notes as well as we would like them to.

Thanks in advance for your help!

@Lloyd94

You need to create mutiple listings:

-  For every separate accommodation you want to offer

 - For the combinations of those you want to offer

Then link the calenders as described here:
