Parking
Does anybody else find it extremely disrespectful when guests arrive with more than 1 vehicle? My listings are tiny homes. Not a full size home. If they were full sized homes my feelings would be different. My max number of guests I allow is 3. People should know that there isn’t unlimited parking when you’re renting a tiny home. I find it very disrespectful.

I'm sorry but if you allow 3 it's highly likely for there to be 2 vehicles. Probably a couple and a single. Do you stipulate it otherwise you may need to accommodate.

Some accomodations have large parking areas, some don't have any. Whatever the case is, it's important to clearly indicate the capacity.
Thus, write in advance that there is place for one vehicle, so the guests know exactly what to expect.

Do you state clearly up front on your listing and in your joining instructions that only one vehicle is allowed @Eric6984
