Quick Photo Tips That Worked for Me

Quick Photo Tips That Worked for Me

Brighten Key Spaces: Dark kitchen shots? Upping exposure by 20-30% shows off counters and appliances better, helping guests picture their stay.

Sharpen Details: A touch of noise reduction on bedroom pics made fabrics pop, leading to more "love it!" messages.

Simple Staging: For empty rooms, adding virtual furniture via free AI tools (like ImageBooster's trial) lets guests envision themselves there.

I saw a 15-20% uptick in inquiries after these changes, aligning with what I've read about visuals driving 40%+ of first impressions. No pro photographer needed; just a phone edit in minutes.

Hi @Afnan8

I can't see your listing attached to your profile?

I agree that good photos can help, but I would be extremely careful with generating furniture that isn't actually there. One of the key areas hosts are rated on after each booking, is accuracy of the listing.

If the goal is to promote such a tool, it may work better for real estate photos, but I wouldn't recommend it on Airbnb.

Hi @Afnan8 , thanks for sharing these suggestions! Host Shelley has also shared some interesting points in regards to AI usage in photos. What do you think about it?

As you're not a host I'm a little confused as to what accommodation you're referring to to?

No honest host would add ´AI furniture ' to a listing .
