Re-opening listing for Manly apartment

Dear Airbnb,

We are planning to re-open the calendar for our listing for our Manly apartment in January, following an extensive renovation to the guestroom.

Before opening up the calendar, we would like your guidance in order to avoid any unforeseen problems between the guest & host, regarding covid vaccine status - a hot-topic to be avoided, under the Airbnb personal private medical information policy?

Or, whether we may be required to make mention of this topic up-front, in the written description on our listing, in order to avoid receiving any negative reviews and to keep our super host status intact?

We look forward to hearing from you.

thank you, Phil & Seiko

@Philip-and-Seiko0  This isn't Airbnb  customer service (who are basically useless these days)- it's a discussion forum for hosts and guests.

But there are several threads here on this topic- try the search engine here to find them.

Many hosts are stating "vaccinated guests only" in their listing info and house rules and reiterating to guests when they book or request to book.

Covid vaccination status isn't "personal private medical information". It's public health info and not protected by law. Parents have long had to provide proof of childhood vacccinations to enroll their kids in school, as well as there being other settings where this information is required.
