Hi Everyone, 

I had a nightmare scenario where my AC went out between bookings and I had several companies come out and try to sell me super expensive replacements, but I found a company that did everything to fix the system and got it working. I almost had to cancel two weeks of booking but they got the AC working a saved me a bunch. I figure this could help someone in a pinch for the San Antonio area.  I added their info below.

Rather interesting that you're almost 5,000 miles away and you're commenting on local contractors, how does this concern you? 

My AirBNB listing is on my business account which manages the property has several reviews and many bookings.
