Request general information for hosting

Hii, just  had a airbnb host account and i have hosted one house.

i live in the house too.

my question is that i have two rooms double bed and one living room in the ground floor and one toilet.

i would like to know how can i manage these rooms to fill this up and what are the tips.

currently i am hosting two persons in one double room and at the moment one room is still empty. Just need advice. And what prices i should give

House is full new with new beds and everything including new fridge
