Room Name - Foyer

Hi Everyone,

My century home has a Foyer.  In order to post a photo of it, I have to categorize it as a room.  However, none of the room "Types" match up.  For some reason, they have a "Dark Room" listed but not an entry room/Foyer.

What category have you placed your Foyer?

I would put it under "other" and add a proper description.

When I open my "Photo Tour - Listing Editor" and "Choose a Room or Space", the space "Other" isn't listed.

So, that's not an option.  For an odd reason, they have rooms such as "Darkroom," "Bowling Alley,"  "Music Studio," and "Woodshop" "Workshop" (do people really have these rooms in their Airbnb's?) but they don't have an "Entry" or "Foyer".  So, for now, there's no option for me to list this room other than to have it as a random photo.

Yes I see I said "Other", but the correct wording on Airbnb is "Additional Photos". That is the category that is auto-created when you upload a photo outside of the set categories. I thought you could perhaps leave it there and write a detailed description to explain the photo (until Airbnb adds the option of a foyer!). This is possibly in line with what you are saying, that you are leaving it as a random photo. I agree with you that there are some room categories available that are far more specialised than foyer ...
